Catalena Ranch Imports

An elegant, heritage-driven marketing site for an importer of genuine Tuscan terracotta products — built with a modern code workflow and shipped on Netlify.

Catalena Ranch Imports cover

Catalena Ranch Imports brings genuine heirloom terracotta from Impruneta, Italy — made from galestro clay by Italian artisans in a tradition dating back to the 1780s — to lovers of quality and style in the United States. The brand serves designers, stores, and landscape professionals, so the site needed to feel every bit as authentic and premium as the product it represents.

I designed the site with a modern and simple editorial aesthetic: generous whitespace, restrained typography, and a focus on heritage that lets the material and the craftsmanship of the product shine. The page walks a visitor from an evocative hero through the terracotta's core qualities — timeless, sustainable, breathable, weatherproof — into a curated selection and a personal message from the founder before a clear call to reach out.

I built the site with a modern code workflow — pairing high-level Figma wireframes and engineered prompts with Claude Code — and shipped it with GitHub and Netlify. The result is a polished, fast-loading marketing site that positions a specialized import business with the sophistication its clientele expects.
